Due to the nature of digital goods, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges on PDF lesson plans. Please download one of our free PDF lesson plans to gauge the quality of our work. If you have any concerns, please contact us using email@example.com. We will return your email within 24 hours on workdays (Monday-Friday 8-4 PST)
Guarantees in our Workshop, Courses and The Sparklers’ Club
Each one of our online workshops, courses and memberships have specific refund policies and guarantees. The refund policies are listed in each products sales page.
If you join the membership and find that it does not meet your needs, we do offer a refund if you cancel within the first 7 days of joining the membership. After 7 days of joining the membership, there are no refunds for membership fees already paid. You may cancel your membership at any time and there are no fees to do so.
To cancel your membership, you will need to do the following:
Click on My Account
Click on Subscription
Click on the blue subscription number (next to the subscription dollar amount)
Click on the CANCEL button
**Please remember to save ALL the lessons you wish to keep for future use. Once you cancel your membership, you no longer have access to the private, Sparklers’ Club website or any of its content. We have K-7 zip files for lessons and Bundle resources found in the RESOURCES section of every Bundle.
If you canceled your membership and are in pending cancellation mode, (meaning your account has not officially canceled and you still have access), you can restart your membership. You will need to login to your membership, click on “My Account”, click on “My Subscription” and then click on the “Reactivate” button.
If your membership has been canceled, and you no longer have access to The Sparklers’ Club, you can re-join the membership again at the next enrollment period. You will not be able to restart your membership from your account page.
